Halimat Bolaji Odetoro is a Nigerian-qualified lawyer (LL.B, Barrister-at-Law) and the founder of HB MIZAN. She established the platform out of a conviction that businesses in the digital economy deserve legal guidance that is clear, practical and forward-looking — not intimidating or purely reactive.
Her work bridges law, technology and commerce: helping innovators, founders, property stakeholders and growing companies understand the legal landscape and build with confidence. Through research, publications, documentation and advisory support, she leads HB MIZAN's mission to make legal knowledge genuinely useful.
